What is Cognit?

Cognit is Zeabyte's all-in-one cloud ERP — it runs your entire business from one place: sales orders, a built-in B2B e-commerce online store, inventory and warehouse, purchasing, accounting and general ledger, invoicing, supplier rebates and full business reporting. Instead of stitching together separate systems, you run everything on Cognit.

How is Cognit different from a custom Zeabyte build?

Cognit is the productised version of everything we used to build from scratch for each client — the ERP, the online store, the accounting, the AI — now packaged into one system you can start using in weeks from a simple monthly plan. If your operation needs something Cognit doesn't do out of the box, Zeabyte still builds custom modules and integrations around it.

Can Cognit replace my current accounting or ERP system?

Yes. Cognit has a real general ledger underneath everything, so it can run your accounts on its own and replace a patchwork of separate systems. If you prefer to keep your accounting software, Cognit syncs two-way with Xero.

Who is Cognit for?
